1.Sesame seeds, Chia seeds ,Sunflower seeds 2.Beans and lentils 3.Nuts like almonds and cashews 4.Whole grains like Ragi, Amaranth(rajgira) and bajra 5.Leafy veggies like fenugreek leaves, coriander and moringa leaves 6.Makhanas 7.Broccoli and Drumsticks 8.Tofu 9.Edamame
