These are the list of alkaline forming foods we can include in our daily diet : 1. Fresh fruits and vegetables 2. whole grains like all millets (Jowar, Bajra, etc) 3. lentils like Masoor dal, Moong Dals and Legumes 4. Nuts like Almonds, Walnuts ,Raisins , dates and figs etc 5. Seeds like sunflower ,flex seeds etc 6.Consume green fresh veggie juices or fresh fruits smoothie
These foods should be 50 to 70 percent of your daily meal!
