Immunity Booster Shots

BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY DURING THESE TIMES WITH THIS TASTY DELIGHT!

INGREDIENTS

  • Turmeric 1/2 Tsp

  • Lemon 1 tbsp

  • Pumpkin or Bottle gourd 50 gm chopped one

  • Ginger small piece

  • Jaggery or honey 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Cinnamon 1/4 tsp

  • Fresh coconut (optional) - 1 tbsp grated

  • Fresh tulsi or basil (optional)


METHOD

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender also add some water to it. 2. Preferred to be consumed early morning in smaller quantity.
