Quinoa Protein Tikki



Ingredients

Cooked Quinoa Tofu (if available ) Spinach (optional )-Lightly tossed Green peas boiled and crushed Coriander leaves Pepper Salt Rice flour for binding


Methods 1. Mix all the above ingredients and then bind it well with some rice flour and make round tikkis.

2. Lightly roast them on a non stick tava with less oil 3. Relish it with green chutney and chopped salad or barbeque salad or any soup too.
